Products and Services
Aareon consistently pursues a multi-product strategy which fulfills the requirements of all customer groups. Aareon ERP solutions assist companies in the property sector to optimise their IT-based processes and thus to reach their business objective. Aareon ERP solutions provide a substantial advantage in that they supplement both integrated services and additional products, resulting in increased process efficiency, cost reduction and a better linking-up of business partners. For instance, this includes the Mareon service portal, the document management system Aareon DMS and Integrated payment transaction services.
ERP products
Aareon’s product portfolio comprises the following software solutions: solutions on the basis of SAP® such as Blue Eagle Individual to meet the requirements of high individuality, flexibility and complexity, the modular sector solution Wodis, and furthermore GES and WohnData – the established processing standards for the housing industry. Current trends, industry and customer demands are considered in the further development of the ERP-systems. The integration of Schufa-services and the energy efficiency certificate are examples for this approach. Integrated services and additional products complement the offer range.
SAP® solutions
The SAP® solution suitable for property management companies depends on the respective strategy pursued by the company. The customer can either use Blue Eagle, the product that was developed on the basis of property management expertise and SAP®, the ERP system SAP® Real Estate Management or alternatively, Aareon can individually upgrade and extend the company’s own SAP® system. Every SAP® solution offered by Aareon ensures optimum integration in the corporate structure, continuous investment security and the flexibility to react to challenges emerging today and in the future. For the customer this means a competitive advantage. Aareon's successful partnership with SAP underlines, among others, its unique partner status in the property sector: Aareon is not only a development partner, but also the official sales partner of SAP® Deutschland AG & Co.KG.
Wodis
Wodis has successfully established itself in connection with Aareon's multi-product strategy. The sector solution with its modular structure is available both as an in-house and an ASP solution. Besides the integrative modular approach and the Oracle database as the platform, a further advantage of the system lies in its direct access to an arbitrary number of business years - the basis for effective reporting. The further development of Wodis increasingly focuses on technology, user-friendliness and the fulfillment of advanced market and management requirements.
GES and WohnData
The well-established systems GES (ASP solution) and WohnData (in-house solution) both offer a very high degree of integration and automation. Important market requirements, in particular legal standards, are taken into consideration for their continuous further development.
Integrated services and additional products
Aareon's integrated services (for instance the service portal Mareon ) and additional products (for instance the Aareon DMS document management system) support daily work processes and link them with business partners both internally and cross-company even beyond the ERP system. As a result, they ensure more transparency in housing companies and a reduction of time expenditure and costs.
Mareon
Mareon is Aareon's online service portal. With modules such as tradesmen collaboration, inventory management, digital signature and electronic files, the system supports all essential tasks of order and invoice processing in property management companies. A market share of more than 60 % makes this portal the market leader in Germany.
Aareon DMS
Aareon has been offering the Aareon DMS document management system for the property market in cooperation with EASY SOFTWARE AG, Mülheim, since 2008. Aareon integrates EASY's products into the respective ERP system via an interface, facilitating for instance the archiving of emails and documents and, as a result, saving storage capacity. Rapid access to necessary documents improves the ability of property management companies to provide information to their tenants. Furthermore, Aareon DMS supports the work processes, taking all statutory requirements regarding the archiving and verifiability of data into account.
Aareon invoice service
The Aareon invoice service stands for the idea to treat all invoices, both hardcopy and digital, in a standardised and automated process. This new service provides the most important suppliers with the possibility to file their invoices digitally. The remaining hardcopy invoices can be digitised with justifiable effort with the Aareon invoice service.
Aareon's NetOffice product portfolio
These products increase the efficiency, speed and transparency of business processes through specialised additional products. The product portfolio includes Aareon Business Document Administration (BDA) for the individualised preparation of documents on site, Aareon Fax and Aareon Reporting.
BauSecura
BauSecura Versicherungsmakler GmbH, Hamburg, is a joint venture between Aareon AG (51 %) and the international, Hamburg-based insurance service provider Funk Group. BauSecura enables Aareon's customers to benefit from value and efficiency gains through integrated risk and insurance management. BauSecura's services furthermore include consultation on any insurance-related issues, the analysis and assessment of individual risk situations, and the development of insurance concepts.
Integrated payment transaction services
Aareon and Aareal Bank jointly offer the BK01® payment system for GES, Wodis and WohnData as well as the BKXL® system including digital signature exclusively for SAP solutions of Aareon/BlueEagle. Thanks to these systems, posting, payment and accounting are merged into a single unit, enabling property companies to benefit from the automation of routine processes. Preparations for SEPA, the single euro payments area, are proceeding as planned.
