Aareon Group has subsidiaries in Germany and abroad.

Germany

  • Aareon Deutschland GmbH, Mainz (100 %): Aareon Deutschland GmbH is the most important company in the Aareon Group, with a workforce of around 700 employees. The company offers consulting, software, services, support and training.
  • Aareon Wodis GmbH, Dortmund (100 %): the former Techem IT Services GmbH – Aareon Wodis GmbH since 2006 – was incorporated fully into the Aareon Group within the scope of a strategic partnership with Techem.
  • Aareon DSK GmbH, Berlin (100 %): Aareon DSK and its staff specialise in providing IT consulting services for the property sector.
  • Aareon Immobilien Projekt Gesellschaft mbH, Essen (51 %): AIPG has expanded Aareon’s presence in the Rhineland/Westphalia area, thus strengthening the SAP® project business predominately in this region for the time being.
  • BauSecura Versicherungsmakler GmbH, Hamburg (51 %): the company is the specialist provider of insurances in the property sector. It is a joint venture between Aareon and the international insurance service provider Funk Gruppe, which is based in Hamburg.

International

The international subsidiaries’ country-specific ERP software solutions are market leaders in their respective segments. 

  • Aareon France SAS, Meudon-la-Foręt (100 %): Aareon AG acquired the company (formerly known as Prem' SAS) in 2000. It was founded in 1986. In June 2009 the merger with Sylogis.com took place. Sylogis.com had been taken over by Aareon in October 2008. Customers include leading companies managing housing for low-income tenants in France.
  • Aareon Italia S.r.l., Rome (100 %): Aareon has had a presence in the Italian market since 1999, via Aareon Italia. Its customers include the large state-owned property management companies.
  • Aareon UK Ltd., Coventry (100 %): Aareon UK, which was founded in 1999, provides integrated solutions and services for the social housing industry in Great Britain.
