Solution Portfolio

Aareon’s product portfolio comprises four ERP software solutions, each of which is a leader in its respective segment: these are (1) Blue Eagle on the basis of SAP®, (2) ERP 6.0 to meet the requirements of high individuality, flexibility and complexity, (3) GES and WohnData – the established processing standards for the housing industry, and (4) Wodis, the solution for SMEs.

Blue Eagle and SAP® solutions

The SAP® solution suitable for property management companies depends on the respective strategy pursued by the company. The customer can either use Blue Eagle, the product that was developed on the basis of property management expertise, the ERP system SAP® Real Estate Management or alternatively, Aareon can individually upgrade and extend the company’s own SAP® system. Every SAP® solution offered by Aareon ensures optimum integration in the corporate structure, continuous investment security and the flexibility to react to challenges emerging today and in the future.

Blue Eagle was developed within the scope of the cooperation entered into with SAP AG in January 2002. It was launched two years later. Blue Eagle is available as a hosted or in-house solution.
 
Unlike other system houses in this segment, Aareon has the highest number of SAP® installations in the European SAP property market - with around 130 SAP® systems, of which more than 70 are customer systems. With 120 SAP® advisors and developers, Aareon has a well-established knowledge of SAP®. For this reasons, SAP has conferred on Aareon the one-off “Value-added reseller (VAR) with development cooperation” partner status in the property sector.

Wodis

Since autumn 2006, Wodis has complemented Aareon’s product portfolio to include a solution for SMEs, either as an ASP or in-house solution. The basic Wodis modules are specifically designed around the company’s central core processes. Additional module packages are available, not only for cooperatives or for the management of units owned by third parties, but also for special administrative functions. Developed on the basis of state-of-the-art technology, Wodis is adjusted continuously to meet the latest technical and economic requirements. Around 400 property management companies use Wodis to manage more than one million units.

GES and WohnData

The ASP solution GES, and the in-house solution WohnData, are Aareon’s long-term property systems. Both ERP systems have a very high degree of integration and automation. They are used by around 1,300 companies for their property management operations, and are updated continuously to meet the latest requirements of the market.

Integrated services enhance process efficiency and link up business partners

Furthermore, all ERP solutions can be complemented by the addition of integrated services, such as the online service portal Mareon, integrated payments, and the service range offered by the insurance broker BauSecura. These services facilitate the cooperation between the property management companies and their business partners, as well as enhancing process efficiency and thus reducing costs.

Current topics in the industry, such as for example, statement of energy usage, the new provisions of section 35a of the German Income Tax Act (Einkommensteuergesetz - EstG) and SEPA, are taken into consideration in all systems.
