One of our core services is the development and provision of payment transaction processes for the automated reconciliation of bank and bookkeeping accounts. Through clear labelling mechanisms, our customers achieve automated match rates of up to 100 per cent. Our customers have more leeway for their planning activities and save time and money.

BK01 / BKXL

The institutional housing industry relies on our BK01 and BKXL solutions for their payment transactions for a long time. These customers include municipal and private-sector housing enterprises to real estate management companies and residential building cooperatives.

Aareal Bank in the meantime is also successfully launching its BK01 process in other markets involving mass payment transactions, such as the energy sector.

Individually customised software add-ons facilitate the integration of the BK01 payment transactions systems into industry-specific IT systems. This integration is an integral component of our product offer and the prerequisite for the high match rates in the customers' IT systems.

By licensing the processes for selected IT manufacturers, users of the leading systems are protected with regard to new releases and their investments with our solutions. With BKXL moreover, we have integrated a payment transactions system exclusively into the Group's own Blue Eagle Aareon software.

Aareal Account

With Aareal Account, the Aareal Bank offers businesses with bulk payment flows a system-independent alternative. Aareal Account is purely an electronic-banking package, which is not specific to any line of business and it can be deployed without any modifications.

Aareal Account combines the advantages of the Aareal Bank's modern account management system with a simple and secure communications technology and our experience in the field of payment flow services. In contrast to conventional electronic banking tools, Aaareal Account generates thus diverse additional benefits.
