German regulation governing supervisory requirements for remuneration systems of institutions

On 13 October 2010, the German regulation governing supervisory requirements for remuneration systems of institutions (Instituts-Vergütungsverordnung, InstitutsVergV) went into force. It introduces new material requirements for banks' remuneration systems. InstitutsVergV also lays down that banks must disclose certain information on remuneration systems.
