1. der zur Überschreitung der Meldegrenze von 10% führende Erwerb von Stimmrechten der Aareal Bank AG nicht der Umsetzung strategischer Ziele und nicht zur Erzielung von Handelsgewinnen dient, sondern die Überschreitung ausschließlich aus der technischen Abwicklung der Kapitalerhöhung der Aareal Bank AG resultiert,

2. sie nicht beabsichtigt, innerhalb der nächsten zwölf Monate weitere Stimmrechte der Aareal Bank AG durch Erwerb oder auf sonstige Weise zu erlangen, ausgenommen im Falle von Handelsgeschäften im Rahmen der üblichen Geschäftstätigkeit,

3. sie nicht anstrebt, auf die Besetzung von Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat oder eines anderen Verwaltungs-, Leitungs- oder Aufsichtsorgans der Aareal Bank AG Einfluss zu nehmen und

4. sie keine wesentliche Änderung der Kapitalstruktur der Aareal Bank AG anstrebt, insbesondere auch nicht im Hinblick auf das Verhältnis von Eigen- und Fremdfinanzierung oder die Dividendenpolitik.

Der Erwerb der Stimmrechte erfolgte unter Einsatz eigener Mittel.
