In 2007 we launched property financing activities in the Baltic States, putting focus on the greater central regions.
Our activities in the Baltic States are managed by our Stockholm Branch. In coordination with our specialist teams for retail, hotel and logistics based in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are able to offer our clients individual and tailor-made financing solutions.
We finance single property transactions and large-scale portfolios from a € 10m loan amount upwards. Additionally, we arrange or participate in syndication transactions.
