In August 2008 the Chinese regulatory authorities approved the opening of an Aareal Bank AG representative office in Shanghai.

Shanghai is our second location in Asia together with Singapore.

During the last years, Aareal Bank Asia in Singapore and Aareal Bank AG in Wiesbaden have jointly structured and financed some significant financing transactions in China.

Our clients are international institutional investors.

The cities of Shanghai und Beijing are the focuses of our investments. In particular, we accompany investment transactions in fully rented office and retail projects.
