In the Czech market, we focus on all types of commercial properties including offices, logistics and retail. For all property classifications, we offer medium/long term loans and focus on investment financing/standing transactions.

Aareal Bank has been active in the Czech Republic since 1997. The Czech Republic plays an important part in our CEE strategy in conjunction with Poland and Russia, the two other countries in the region in which we are active. We would also consider new business in Slovakia on a case by case basis.

Today, Aareal Financial Service spol s r.o., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aareal Bank AG has four full-time employees based in Prague focusing on real estate opportunities throughout the country. The operations are managed by our CEE business hub, based in Warsaw.
