Aareal Bank entered the Finnish real estate market in 2003. Since then, we have managed to build up a loan portfolio of more than € 700m. For this reason, Aareal Bank opened a Representative Office in Helsinki in 2007.
In Finland, Aareal Bank provides secured and unsecured asset and share deals as well as mezzanine loans. We hold a diversified loan portfolio consisting of commercial real estate, office, hotel, retail, logistic and residential properties. We finance single property transactions and large-scale portfolios from € 10m loan amount upwards.
Our office in Helsinki and the supporting team in Wiesbaden (Germany) are both made up of highly skilled real estate professionals, mostly native Fins.
Today we are able to meet our clients’ expectations better than ever before. In line with our activities in other Northern European countries, the Helsinki branch is coordinated by our Nordic hub in Stockholm.
