In Finland, Aareal Bank provides secured and unsecured asset and share deals as well as mezzanine loans. We hold a diversified loan portfolio consisting of commercial real estate, office, hotel, retail, logistics and residential properties. We finance single property transactions and large-scale portfolios from € 10m loan amount upwards.

Today we are able to meet our clients’ expectations better than ever before. Our activities in Finland, Sweden, Denmark Baltics and Norway are coordinated by our Nordic hub in Stockholm, Sweden.
