We managed to build up a loan portfolio of more than € 2,3bn in commercial property finance.

In Germany we are at our client’s disposal in four offices: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Wiesbaden. Our clients benefit from our national and international network of real estate and financial professionals, specialised in office, hotel, retail, residential and logistics finance.

We develop individual and tailor-made solutions for investors, initiators of closed-end property funds, regional and institutional developers and housing associations. We assist foreign investors in Germany as well as German investors abroad. 

We provide secured and unsecured asset and share deals and mezzanine loans, VAT financings, bank guarantees and equity financing.

We finance single property transactions from a € 10m loan amount upwards and large-scale portfolios.

Our offices and the supporting team in Wiesbaden are made up of highly skilled real estate professionals.
