For all property classifications we offer short and long term loans for both development and investment purposes. In addition, we provide our clients with VAT financing.

We have been involved in some of the most successful Shopping Centre developments in Poland. In 2004 we arranged the financing of the biggest shopping centre in Poland, Arkadia, which is also one of the biggest on the European Continent. In 2005, we financed the Silesia City Center Project in Krakow with TriGranit, and in 2006 two of the largest acquisitions in CEE, Heitman's acquisition of the Mokotow Business Park from GTC, and London & Regional's acquisition of the Rondo 1 office tower.
