In the Polish market, we focus on all types of commercial properties, including offices, logistics and retail as well as hotels. For all property classifications, we offer medium/long term loans and focus on investment financing/standing transactions.

Aareal Bank has been active in Poland for over ten years, and during this period we have built up a large loan book portfolio of which we are proud. Furthermore, we have positioned Poland as an integral part of the Banks geographical focus in CEE. Meanwhile Warsaw/Poland acts as business hub for all our activities in CEE, in close cooperation with our office in Moscow.

Today,  our office in Warsaw is a full bank branch with six full-time employees focusing on real estate opportunities throughout Poland and the Czech Republic.
