Aareal Bank has been active in Russia for almost three years now and has successfully closed various different transactions during this period. As a result of our success and commitment to the market we opened a Representative Office in Moscow on July 1st, 2008.
At present, we are concentrating on the Moscow and St Petersburg markets. We finance both single property transactions and large-scale portfolios, with a minimum loan size of approx.. USD 70-100 million, in all major asset classes such as offices, retail, logistics and hotels.
Our clients include both Russian and international developers and investors. Groups as Capital Partners and Horus International belong to our key clients.
Our operations in Russia are headed by Roman Taptygin. He is supported by Karl Wilson, who co-ordinates our activities throughout CEE & Russia.
