In the Russian market, we focus on all types of commercial properties, including offices, logistics and retail as well as hotels with a strong emphasis on Moscow. For all property classifications, we offer medium/long term loans and focus on investment financing/standing transactions.

Aareal Bank has been active in Russia for over five years and has successfully completed a number of transactions during this time period. As a result of our ongoing commitment to Russia, and in particular the Moscow real estate market, we opened a representative office of Aareal Bank AG in Moscow on 1 July  2008.  Our client basis is a combination of Russian international property groups.

Today, the Representative Office Moscow has three full-time employees focusing on eeal estate opportunities in Moscow in close cooperation with the Head Office in Germany.

The other CEE countries in which we are active  are Poland and the Czech Republic.
