Aareal Bank has been active in the Slovak Republic since 1997, and has been a strong player in the market ever since, focusing on all asset categories, include offices, retail, hotels and logistics. We have been supporting local and international investors, with both secured and unsecured loan facilities, and have an excellent know how of doing business in the Slovak Republic.
Our operations have won twice the prestigious " Best Real Estate Bank in CEE Award" notably in 2004 and 2006. Currently, we are active mostly in Bratislava, but financing outside the capital is certainly possible.
We have a team of five professionals in the Czech Republic, supported by an experienced team of credit and risk professionals in Wiesbaden, Germany. The team was involved in a number of interesting transactions including major investment and development projects with local and international clients.
Our office in Prague also covers the Slovakian market; while all offices in CEE are steered by our Eastern Europe hub in Warsaw.
