Aareal Bank has been active in Switzerland since 1997. Since the inauguration of our Zurich Branch in February 2004 we are able and pleased to serve our clients directly from Switzerland’s banking capital.
Today, we work with clients and professional partners in every important Swiss location.
We offer short, long term and individually structured financing facilities according to our clients’ needs in Switzerland. The range of products includes both secured and unsecured share deals, asset deals and mezzanine loans and VAT financings as well. We provide our special know-how about offices, hotels, logistics and retail properties to developers and investors.
