We entered the Turkish real estate market as the first European property bank in 1999 and have been successfully maintaining a superior market position since then.

We provide real estate financing solutions on an individually structured basis according to our clients’ needs for first class business hotels, shopping centres, logistic and office buildings. We aim to add value through providing financing solutions for development projects followed by investment financings.
We have been supporting local and international developers and investors in the market with a focus on projects in major Turkish cities.
We opened our Representative Office in Istanbul in 2005.
