Aareal Bank opened a London office in1993. Since then, we have established ourselves as a well respected and reliable commercial property bank within the UK market and, today, the Branch manages a loan portfolio of more than £1 bn.
We provide structured real estate finance that is tailored to our clients’ strategies. We are particularly active in the office, retail, hotel and logistics sectors. Our customers include UK plcs, global property funds, private companies and high net worth individuals.
We finance both single property transactions and portfolios and offer both investment and development facilities from £10m upwards throughout the UK.
The London based team of specialist bankers, surveyors and lawyers is highly experienced and is supported by the know-how of our Wiesbaden based UK Credit Management Department.
The bank’s subsidiary Aareon has been represented by Aareon UK Ltd., Coventry (100 %): This company was founded in 1999. Aareon UK provides integrated solutions and services for the social housing sector in Great Britain.
We provide country specific ERP software solutions which are market leaders in their areas. The company will gradually roll out Blue Eagle in the international markets.
