Dr. René Beckert new Director of Real Estate Structured Finance Germany South at Aareal Bank

Wiesbaden, 7 May 2007 – With effect from 1 May 2007, Dr. René Beckert (41) has taken up the management reins of Real Estate Structured Finance Germany, South at Aareal Bank’s Munich office as the division’s Director. In this role, he will be responsible for operating real estate business in Southern Germany.

Before his switch to Aareal Bank, Beckert worked for over twelve years at HypoVereinsbank, eight of which he spent in Munich. Most recently, he managed the corporate client office for investors. Beckert has many years’ experience in acquisitions and in real estate lending.
