Wir geben gemäß §21, 22 WpHG hiermit bekannt, dass die Treuhänder des BT Pension Scheme am 9. Juni 2005 die Schwelle von 5 % der Stimmrechte an der Aareal Bank AG überschritten haben und der Stimmrechtsanteil nun 5,009% (entspricht 1.947.099 Stimmaktien) beträgt.

Wir vertreten die The Capital Group Companies, Inc., 333 South Hope Street, Los Angeles, CA-90071, USA. Hiermit teilen wir namens und im Auftrag unserer Mandantin mit, dass sie am 5. Februar 2004 die Schwelle von 5 % der Stimmrechte an der Aareal Bank AG unterschritten hat. Ihr Stimmrechtsanteil beträgt nun 4,947 % (entspricht 1.748.000 Stammaktien).
Alle diese Stimmrechte werden ihr gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG i.V.m. § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 2 und Satz 3 WpHG zugerechnet."

„Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Absatz 1 WpHG
Wir vertreten die Aareal Holding Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, c/o Bankhaus Lampe KG, Jägerhofstraße 10, 40479 Düsseldorf, eine 100 %ige Tochtergesellschaft der DEPFA Holding Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am Main. Hiermit teilen wir namens und im Auftrag unserer Mandantin mit, dass sie am 15. Dezember 2003 die Schwellen von 5, 10 und 25 % der Stimmrechte an der Aareal Bank AG, Wiesbaden, überschritten hat. Ihr Stimmrechtsanteil beträgt danach rund 40,75 %. Die Aareal Holding Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH hat diese Anteile von der DEPFA Holding Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH erworben.“
