Our disclosures (Updated: 31.12.06) according to section 28 of the German Pfandbrief Act are structured as follows:
Mortgage Lending:
- Aggregate amounts of cover assets, and of mortgage bonds issued
- Maturity structure of mortgage bonds issued, and fixed-interest periods of related cover assets
- Breakdown of assets used as cover (based on their nominal value) by their amount
- Note: No payments were overdue of at least 90 days during reporting period
Local Authority Lending:
- Aggregate amounts of cover assets, and of public-sector covered securities issued
- Maturity structure of public-sector covered securities issued, and fixed-interest periods of related cover assets
- Breakdown of assets used as cover assets for public-sector covered securities (based on their nominal value), by borrower's/guarantor's country of domicile, in line with section 28 (3) no. 1 of the German Pfandbrief act
- Note: No payments were overdue during reporting period
Cover for Mortgage Bonds:
- Breakdown of assets used as cover for mortgage bonds (based on their nominal value) by the country where property collateral is located, in line with section 28 (2) no. 1 of the German Pfandbrief Act
