We have been active on the Belgian and Luxembourg markets since 1994. Brussels office opened in 1997 to cover Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2005, Aareal Bank financed the largest urban development project in Belgium ever made - L’Esplanade in Louvain-La-Neuve - supplementing a university town with a modern shopping and leisure centre. We also financed the largest recent office development in Brussels – the North Galaxy.
