The London based staff of specialist bankers, surveyors and lawyers are highly experienced, and are supported by the know-how of our Wiesbaden based UK Department.

We provide structured investment finance that is tailored to our clients strategy, including all retail types, offices, warehouses, industrial parks and hotels. We provide finance development and investment on both a speculative and pre-let basis throughout the UK ranging from £10m to £200m.

The London representative office was opened in March 1993. Our London office converted to full branch status in 1997.
