As a result of the increasing global requirements of investors, developers and major retailers, Aareal Bank created the Retail Property Finance department. It caters for the specific needs of shopping centre owners and developers throughout all countries where Aareal Bank is active in.

Our team consists of real estate bankers with extensive international experience. We provide facilities for investment in and the development of shopping centres, retail warehouses and combined retail and leisure schemes.
