With roundly 20% of the Bank’s new business 2006, Northern Europe is a core sales region. Our business focus is on stable or growing cities in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. In the Baltic’s we open up for property financing in 2007 with focus on the greater capital areas.

Property-wise, we have a well diversified loan portfolio consisting of commercial properties (office, logistic, retail and hotel) as well as residential. We finance both single property transactions and large-scale portfolios. Our financings range from € 10m up to € 500m; additionally, we arrange or take part in syndications.

Our experts have in depth knowledge of the local markets and long experience in real estate finance. Together with our specialist teams for retail property, hotel and logistic, we offer individual and flexible financing solutions.
