• Together with licensed partner systems, our BK01 and BKXL payment transactions give customers the highest savings rates in time and money - relating to rent management, operating costs management, security deposits management or leased condominiums. This applies to companies having to prepare balance sheets and for companies with apartments and houses managed by third parties.

Commercial Real Estate Industry

• Our payment transactions processes take into account the special requirements that commercial enterprises have when managing real estate.
• For this group of customers, we also integrate our solutions into the individual systems used by these companies.

Energy and Waste Disposal Companies (Utilities)

• Through close cooperation with SAP AG and the exclusive integration of BK01 into SAP’s industry modules, the process optimisation potential of our payment transactions process is also available to the utilities sector.
• We support these enterprises in dealing with the special features of this industry, e.g., with regard to receivables management. As this application is slightly modified and integrated, SAP users may apply it without any further modifications. The application is developed by SAP exclusively for Aareal Bank and delivered through SAP’s own namespace.
