Practical training
You would like to gain practical experiences in an interesting international surrounding during your studies? Our internship programme offers you the possibility to get to know the practical side and perhaps to get a foot in Aareal Bank’s door.
The internship programme of Aareal Academy schedules a duration of at least six weeks and contains - depending on operational area and location - a training programme. We should talk to each other!
Trainees
You are prepared to assume responsibility and to outgrow yourself within twelve months? With our trainee programme, we would like to prepare you in the best possible way for the challenges waiting for you on the national and international level.
You will gain practical experience in our country-specific departments and subsidiaries and will participate at lectures held by well-known professors from EBS and Cambridge University exclusively for the members of Aareal Academy.
Within a given frame, you yourself will control your learning process and you will decide on your own responsibility which lectures you will attend and which seminars you will participate in. On one condition: When it matters, you have to be familiar with the communicated contents of our core business.
From the start, you will get clear perspectives so that you know how your career will develop during this year. Thus you can systematically boost your professional and linguistic qualities and prepare yourself for the challenges to come in the best possible way. Talk to Caroline El Mars…

You would like to advance your qualities? For the development and further professional training of our employees, Aareal Academy offers a broad range of seminars, workshops and trainings. Among our Aareal Academy courses there surely is something matching your needs! If not, we will make it match! A small preview:
