- Within the time-frame between 06:00 a.m. and 08:00 p.m. you can schedule your working hours on your own responsibility. Potential overtime hours are cumulated on month and year accounts. You can use the time to balance peak working times or just to enjoy a flex day.
- From a certain remuneration level on you can also resign from the flexible time scheme and benefit from an increased salary instead.
- Furthermore you can cumulate time or your bonus in a long-term compensation account and thus save up time for a sabbatical or smoothly start into retirement.

- The bank subsidises tickets of the ÖPNV = Public transport system (location Wiesbaden)
- Benefit from a subsidised parking space (location Wiesbaden)
- Employees outside the tariff system can convert a part of their salary into a company car.
- Higher management members and employees in certain positions (for example acquisition staff, assessors) are granted a company car.
Old age provision
You would like to provide for your old age already now?
- Of course Aareal Bank has an occupational pension scheme financed by the employer.
- In addition, you can privately make provisions by converting a part of your gross salary and, for example, investing it into the Bank’s pension scheme.

- Aareal Bank has effected an accident insurance and a travel health insurance for business trips and business stays abroad. The premiums for both insurances are paid for you by the bank.
- Furthermore Aareal Bank offers the possibility to benefit from the special conditions of a group contract for a disability insurance.
