Stakeholder Engagement
In dialogue. By conviction.
Aareal Bank Group aims to engage in active dialogue with different stakeholders in a variety of formats (e.g. by organising important events such as the annual Aareon Congress or by participating in ratings or one-on-ones with investors).
The objective is
- To understand the requirements and expectations of our various stakeholder groups,
- To act on suggestions and
- To incorporate insights into our business and decision-making processes.
We see this as an opportunity – which is why an open, trusting and regular exchange of information and opinions on an equal footing is important to us.
