Financing of a portfolio of three Chapter assets: Aldgate, Spitalfields & South Bank
Aareal Bank has refinanced a GBP 380 million senior loan for a portfolio of three prime student accommodation properties in Central London under the Chapter brand, a joint venture by Greystar and PIMCO Prime Real Estate. The properties, Chapter Spitalfields, South Bank, and Aldgate offer 1,747 beds in high-demand areas and provide premium amenities for students. Chapter Spitalfields, a 33-story landmark, is one of London’s most iconic student housing buildings. Greystar operates the portfolio, reinforcing Chapter’s reputation for high-end student accommodations across the UK.
