Financing of a co-living property “Noli Studios Herttoniemi
Aareal Bank provided its first refinancing for a co-living project – a 5,600 sqm property located in Herttoniemi, in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The estate is owned by NREP and managed by Noli Studios. Herttoniemi includes 263 studios, practica common spaces such as a gym, sauna area with a refreshing cold recovery pool and cooling terrace, a common kitchen, co-working and living areas. There's even a green roof on the courtyard to respect the greenery glorified in the area.
