Transparency rules
Our publications pursuant to section 28 of the PfandBG are structured as follows:
Mortgage lending:
- Total volume of cover assets/outstanding Pfandbriefe in terms of nominal value and present value
- Maturity structure of outstanding mortgage Pfandbriefe and fixed-interest periods of the related cover assets
- Breakdown of assets used as cover (based on their nominal value) by tranches
Public-sector lending
- Total volume of cover assets/outstanding public-sector Pfandbriefe in terms of nominal value and present value
- Maturity structure of outstanding public-sector Pfandbriefe and fixed-interest periods of the related cover assets
- Breakdown of assets used as cover assets for public-sector Pfandbriefe (based on their nominal value), by borrower's/guarantor's country of domicile, in line with section 28(3) no. 1 of the PfandBG
Cover for mortgage Pfandbriefe:
- Breakdown of the amounts measured at nominal value and used to cover mortgage Pfandbriefe by countries in which the real property collateral is located (section 28(2) no. 1)
