Wiesbaden, 15 July 2014 - Aareal Bank acted as arranger, facility and security agent in a €138 million loan regarding the refinancing of an office building in one of Germany’s top cities. Post-closing, Aareal Bank syndicated a part of the loan to AXA Real Estate.
“The syndication of the transaction to AXA Real Estate reflects a further milestone of Aareal´s strategic distribution to institutional lenders”, said Christian Schmid, Managing Director, Business and Syndication Management at Aareal Bank. “This financing is the first transaction of Aareal Bank and AXA Real Estate on the syndication side.”
