Chronos Beteiligungen GmbH
Since 5 May 2015, Chronos Beteiligungen GmbH (formerly Aareal Beteiligungen AG), formerly Corealcredit Bank AG (Corealcredit), has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aareal Bank AG (Aareal Bank). Under a spin-off and acquisition agreement concluded between Aareal Bank and Corealcredit, Corealcredit's banking operations have been transferred to Aareal Bank.
As at 15 June 2015, all of the rights and obligations arising from contractual relationships between Corealcredit and third parties that are assigned to the banking operations have been transferred in their entirety to Aareal Bank.
