The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Aareal Bank AG will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2014 to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.75 per share for the 2013 financial year. In a meeting today, the Supervisory Board resolved to follow the corresponding recommendation of the Management Board. Aareal Bank will publish the preliminary results for the 2013 financial year and the outlook for the 2014 financial year on 20 February 2014.
