the ordinary virtual Annual General Meeting scheduled for 10 August 2022 was cancelled due to a technical fault. The new date for the ordinary virtual Annual General Meeting is 31 August 2022.
The convening notice for the ordinary virtual Annual General Meeting is expected to be published in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) on 10 August 2022; the agenda will remain almost unchanged. A non-binding preliminary version of the invitation to the Annual General Meeting on August 31 can be found here.
Further information and documents related to the ordinary virtual Annual General Meeting on 31 August 2022 will be available here from the time the convening notice has been published in the Federal Gazette.
Important information for shareholders or their proxies who had registered for the Annual General Meeting that has now been cancelled or who had exercised their shareholder rights: It is necessary to repeat the registration, to exercise the shareholder rights again and to resubmit your questions. The shareholder portal on the Company's website is expected to be available from 19 August 2022.
