Ein Praktikum bei der Aareal Bank AG eröffnet dir die Chance, Praxiserfahrung für deine späteres Berufsleben zu sammeln. Du lernst die Abläufe in einem weltweit agierenden und international führenden Immobilienspezialisten kennen. Vom ersten Tag an bist du Teil des Teams und erhältst anspruchsvolle Aufgaben in einem spannenden, dynamischen und internationalen Arbeitsumfeld.
Im Fachbereich Human Resources suchen wir bis Jahresende tatkräftige Unterstützung in unserem Development-Team.
Start: ab 01.09.2025 oder nach Absprache
Darauf kannst du dich freuen:
- Auf deiner Agenda steht die Planung und Begleitung von Seminaren, Workshops und Teamentwicklungen
- Hierzu gehört auch die professionelle Betreuung der Trainer und Teilnehmenden bei Rückfragen, Änderungen oder Verschiebungen
- Dein Kommunikationstalent kannst du in der Erstellung von Werbe- und Marketingmaßnahmen im Intranet voll zum Einsatz bringen
- Du tauchst tief in unser Lernangebot ein und unterstützt beim Erstellen von Learning Journeys
- Du unterstützt uns in der Jahresplanung von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen (inkl. Reporting und Erstellen von Präsentationen)
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR oder Kommunikationsbereich
- Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss: IT-Affinität und Know-how im Umgang mit Lernmanagementsystemen
- Aufgeschlossener, engagierter Teamplayer, der mit einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise, schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einem souveränen Auftreten punktet
- Keine Sorge – auch wenn du nicht alle Kriterien erfüllst, könnte die Stelle trotzdem perfekt zu dir passen. Bewirb dich also gerne!
