- In deiner Rolle arbeitest du über den gesamten Produktzyklus hinweg in der Entwicklung von IT-bezogenen sowie bankfachlichen Produkten bzw. Services mit.
- Mit deiner Freude an der Entwicklung neuer Produktideen betreust duKunden aus der Wohnungswirtschaft und angrenzenden Branchen.
- Nicht zuletzt bringst du dein Know-how in Projekte ein, die du in verschiedenen Rollen zum Abschluss führst.
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Erfolgreiches Studium: Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Informatik o. ä. – alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) für Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft
- Einschlägige fachliche Studienschwerpunkte wie Bankwesen, Digitalisierung, Zahlungsverkehr, Finanzprozesse, Innovationen oder entsprechende erste berufliche Erfahrungen
- Kenntnisse in Finanzprozessen in der Wohnungswirtschaft, Versicherungswirtschaft oder Energiewirtschaft wünschenswert
- Ein klares Plus: erste Berufspraxis in der Produktentwicklung oder im Innovationsmanagement
- Know-how in Design Thinking und agiler Produktentwicklung von Vorteil
- In jedem Fall versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen wie SAP
- Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, gern ergänzt um weitere Fremdsprachen
