Darauf kannst du dich freuen:
- In dieser Rolle entwickelst du neue Bankprodukte und/oder IT-Services für Kunden in der Wohnungswirtschaft und angrenzenden Branchen im internationalen Markt (Europa)
- In diesem Zusammenhang übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Partnermanagement mit Software- und IT-Dienstleistern ebenso wie für unsere Produkte
- Weitsichtig entwickelst du neue Geschäftsideen und Strategien zur Internationalisierung unseres Geschäftsansatzes
- Zu guter Letzt bauen wir auf dein tatkräftiges Engagement in unseren Projekten
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Erfolgreiches Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Informatik oder vergleichbar – alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung rund um Immobilien und/oder Bankwesen
- Langjährige Berufspraxis in der Finanzindustrie oder IT-/Fachberatung mit Fokus auf die Internationalisierung von Geschäftsmodellen im Bankwesen (ideal: Erfahren in Projektleitung)
- Solides Know-how in der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft sowie in Bankprodukten, im Zahlungsverkehr und Finanzprozessen
- Sehr sicher in der Anwendung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Compliance im internationalen Bankgeschäft
- Expertise in IT-Lösungen zur Unterstützung von Finanzprozessen oder Zahlungsverkehrsverfahren
- Routine im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word)
- Bewandert in Design Thinking, agiler Produktentwicklung sowie im Aufbau von Kooperationen im IT- und Finanzbereich
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen (insb. Französisch, Spanisch oder Niederländisch) von Vorteil
