Wiesbaden, 13 January 2016 – Aareal Bank AG has provided a financing for the acquisition of “Noda” office building in the southwestern suburban area of Paris, for the account of one of Primonial Reim’s funds. Aareal Bank acted as arranger, lender and agent for the € 80 million financing.
“Noda” is well-located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, on the banks of the river Seine, facing the Île Saint-Germain. The BREEAM certificated office building is roughly 22,000 square meters big and hosts amongst others the French headquarters of Coca-Cola.
