Wiesbaden, 29 November 2012 - Thierry Nardon will be taking over the Management of the Treasury division at Aareal Bank Group effective 1 February 2013. In his new function, Nardon will succeed Dr Tammo Diemer, who has been appointed Managing Director of the German Finance Agency (Bundesrepublik Deutschland Finanzagentur GmbH).
Nardon comes from Portigon, the successor company of the former WestLB, where he has been holding the position of Group Treasurer since 2008, being responsible for the liquidity management and funding of this institution. Prior to this, he held various positions in Germany and France at the Landesbank for which he started working in 1987. Furthermore, Nardon worked on many national and international specialist committees for WestLB.
