Darauf kannst du dich freuen:
- In deiner Rolle planst, steuerst und organisierst du die Umzugsleistungen innerhalb der Liegenschaften – darüber hinaus verwaltest du Büro- und Lagerflächen
- Die Abstimmung zur Raumplanung mit den Fachbereichen steht ebenfalls auf deiner Agenda – ebenso wie die Kunst- und Bilderverwaltung
- Des Weiteren stellst du die fachgerechte Dokumentation in der aktuellen CAFM-Software sowie die Verwaltung, Erfassung und Bestellung unseres Inventars sicher
- Nicht zuletzt ist dein Know-how in der Möbellogistik und bei der Koordination von Dienstleistern gefragt
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum technischen Zeichner (w/m/d) oder Logistiker (w/m/d) – alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im geforderten Berufsfeld
- Versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen PC-Tools und idealerweise Kenntnisse in speedikon
- Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Level B2)
