Supervisory Board

Six of the 12 members of the Supervisory Board have been elected as shareholder representatives by the Annual General Meeting 2020. Ms Korsch and Mr Peters have been elected by the 2018 Annual General Meeting until the close of the Annual General Meeting 2023. The terms of four shareholder representatives will end with the close of the Annual General Meeting 2023 and for the other four shareholder representatives until 2024. The terms of offices of the employee representatives will end with the close of the Annual General Meeting 2025. Therefore, Supervisory Board has ensured a regular opportunity, at least every three years, to refresh its composition, if necessary.
