With a dedicated team of around 2,000 professionals, Aareon achieved pro forma revenues of € 410 million and pro forma Adjusted EBITDA of € 137 million in 2023. Aareon AG is a subsidiary of Aareal Bank AG, which holds 70 percent of its shares. The remaining 30 percent are held by Advent International.

Aareon's product portfolio

With its property management system, Aareon offers software for automated end-to-end processes that connect property companies with their stakeholders. The majority of this software is available as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Aareon presents its property management system in five product families: The 'Manage' product family comprises ERP systems with the central property management processes. The 'Pay' product family includes payment transaction solutions and the BauSecura insurance business. The 'Sustain' product family comprises software solutions for maintenance and energy-efficient refurbishment as well as for data exchange with heat metering services and energy suppliers. The 'Engage' product family offers software solutions for process automation between tenants, suppliers, service partners and property companies. The core of the 'Connect' product family is the open ecosystem with integrated partner solutions that provide even better support for end-to-end processes.
